Crossline 650

At the beginning of the year, we decided to take on a big challenge. We were approached by the Czech supplier of technology for gang-nail trusses, the company BOVA, to supplement their presses with our automatic crosscut saw Crossline 650.

We had to make technical changes to extend the cutting width at sharp angles and fine-tune the machine to produce roof parts, short pieces, and double cuts.

It worked!

The machine fully communicates with the TRUSS software during the production process, uses exported BTL files, and can be linked online to a computer in the office.

We are delighted with the whole project, mainly because we can expand the machine technology of prefabricated wooden buildings with the related production of gang-nail trusses.
