The company König in Rammenau is a longstanding customer of the Italian company Zuani which has supplied them with a huge amount of tools during the last 10 years. The company wanted to implement a knock-down method of production and we faced the question whether to modify existing tools or introduce a new project for the production of wood and wood-aluminum windows. Eventually our client chose the second of the alternatives and on the machine Wizard 4L the company manufactures wooden windows in three different thicknesses - IV, 68, 78 and 92. The machining centre Felder completes the whole production with arches, atypical windows and entrance doors.
