The Crossline 650 automatic crosscut saw is equipped with a turntable table mounted vertically moving ø650mm sawblade to allow angled cutting in the range of ±70°. The material is inserted into the machine by a servo driven electronic loading pusher. The beginning of the material is detected automatically as it is pushed into the cutting zone. The cutting accuracy is ensured by two upper and two side pneumatic clamps which have which have individual control and adjustment. As soon as the material is secured, the turntable angle is set and then the saw blade unit rises to make the cut. After cutting, the material is released and pushed to the outfeed table.
The machine can work in manual mode or work automatically using data from WinCreator or from third party software.
